it's no big deal, i just, you know, thrifted PRADA

So my day started off with me and my dad making fun of midgets and third graders (we are terrible, terrible people but we will make you laugh anyway) which was awesome and it only got better from there. Oh yes bitches. Start sending the hatemail and assassins, the thrift gods have shined on me today.

Four Words:

Black. Lace. Poof. Skirt.

THE SKIRT TO END ALL SKIRTS, Lace Blouse, White Flutter Blouse, Helmut Lang-ish Black Cinched Shirt, Floral Denim Elastic Waist Pants...

The whopping total.... $3

No need for words.

Other than, three of these peices are for two other bloggers. What can I say, I am just that generous.

But you can make damn sure I'm keeping the skirt.

(I got them at G-ma's. Hi Kristen!)

Edit:

Tavi: HOW DID YOU THRIFT PRADA??? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??? SOUL TANGGG??

I love you, you weirdo. xD I don't know what you're complaining about, I'm shopping for you too.... And I think I'm Jesus, fyi...

Hey,

I absolutely love your blog. Your style of writing and use of creativity makes your blog a must-read for me! I especially like the personal touches you had to your posts.

My name is Audrey Leighton Rogers, I am style editor for the Durham University newspaper and was wondering if you could take a look at my blog-
frassy-audrey.blogspot.com and let me know what you think?

It would be great if we could exchange links and could feature each other on our blogs? I am looking to improve my readership and I’m sure you wouldn’t mind an increase in readers either!

Anyway keep up the amazing work, and get back to me when you can!

Thanks,

Audrey Leighton Rogers

Aaaaaaaaah, that black skirt is amazing! Curse you. And so cheap. Well, I suppose all in all you spend a lot of time thrifting for one great find like that, but I'm still jealous.

The thrifting gods had smiled upon you today, it hadn't registered in their heads that you just made fun of people with a chronic medical illness (btw LOL Parkinson's!) Those are awesome finds (esmirelda would be proud), g ma's sounds awesome, any store with the color walls of a medicine is worth going to in my book.

Duh you're Jesus! I love you too, but I have dibs on the skirt next time we have some fancy couples dinner party to go to. You can wear your cape and scare everyone with your emo-ness.

HOOKER SHOES UPDATE: I was at a shoe store yesterday and saw them in kiddie form! They were more boot-like but had just as many corset ties, no joke. I so should've bought them but I'm flat broke. Wahhhh.
